Full-Time 37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
Are you passionate about agricultural education and supporting the next generation of countryside professionals? Bishop Burton College is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Coach and Assessor in Agriculture and Countryside Apprenticeships to join our Services to Business department.
In this role, you'll take the lead on employer engagement within the sector, delivering high-quality training, learning, and formative assessment to apprentices. You will play a key role in supporting learners to excel in their roles, achieve apprenticeship standards, and build rewarding careers in agriculture and countryside management.
You'll work closely with employers to build strong partnerships, enhance business development, and grow apprenticeship opportunities. This is a dynamic role where you'll combine your industry expertise with teaching and mentoring to make a lasting impact.
We're looking for a dedicated professional with a relevant Agricultural qualification at Level 4 or above, and a minimum of three years' experience in the agricultural or countryside industry. The ideal candidate will hold a teaching or assessor qualification, or be willing to work towards one, and will demonstrate strong communication skills along with a commitment to maintaining high standards in education and training.
