Our Revenue Operations team is looking for a Sales Support Analyst to join us in supporting our global sales team. Sales Support is an essential enablement partner to support our revenue organization through quote-to-cash and beyond. This role will work closely with the Revenue team, Finance, Legal, and our system administrators to improve processes, deliver training sessions, and support overall growth initiatives.
To help our teams work together effectively, this remote position requires you to be located within the United Kingdom.
What You'll Do:
* Serve as the trusted advisor to the Sales team on deal structure and quoting, advises the team on alternative contract options, and/or value proposition to help drive deal closure.
* Monitor the Sales Support Slack channel to provide general assistance and advice on common deal questions, Quote to Cash process, and licensing questions.
* Partner with Sales to accelerate the quoting process through operational efficiencies, training calls, and searches for enablement opportunities to support the revenue organization further.
* Partner with the Revenue Platform team to facilitate process and system improvements.
* Collaborate with impacted parties to identify solutions for common Quote to Cash errors.
* Personal Growth / Projects: As time allows, opportunities for focus on Quote to Cash process automation and improvement, identify and produce enablement content based on trending needs, and other ad-hoc opportunities may arise.
Your Background:
* Proven familiarity with the Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry - Deal Desk, Order Management, Sales Operations or Pricing experience preferred.
* Demonstrate the ability to partner with GTM Teams and other cross functional departments.
* Experienced in delivering sales enablement training or other learning and development plans.
* Have a basic understanding of revenue recognition rules.
* Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative and strong attention to details.
* You are an excellent communicator, self-aware, transparent, professional, and open to feedback.
* Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing at times of high volume, schedule flexibility during End of Month, End or Quarter is important.
* Delivers relevant training to new and existing Sales reps on QTC best practices.
* Represents Sales Operations in a capacity relevant to the Sales Support responsibilities.
* Strong quantitative skills and highly proficient in gSuite, Salesforce.com.
* Basic knowledge and understanding of a CPQ tool (bonus points for Zuora CPQ experience).

The compensation for this role is:
Level 2-
Maturing: £45,000 GBP
Performing: £55,000 GBP

Interview Process
Below is the interview process you can expect for this role. We know interviewing can seem daunting, but rest assured we designed our interview process to move quickly while still getting you all the information you need.
Initial chat [30 min]
Talent acquisition screen: Meet with your Talent Acquisition team and get a feel for what it would be like to be an Octonaut!
Hiring manager chat [45–60 min]
Designated time to chat with the hiring manager. This is a great opportunity to get to know each other. You should expect the hiring manager to ask questions about your professional background and goals. We welcome any questions you may have for us!
Panel interview [60–90 min]
In this final round call, you meet cross-functional team members. You can expect a mix of leaders and individual contributors to join the chat. By the end of this call, you should have a great idea of what it’s like to work at Octopus. We should also have a great idea of what it would be like to have you on the team! We’ll ask any final questions and encourage you to do the same.
