Soulbury EP Scale B 2-8 £54609-£63836 including 3SPAs Working 36.5 hours per week We are seeking to expand the city’s Educational Psychology Service in order to meet the high demand for our services and need committed aspiring or experienced managers and leaders to support these endeavours. Specialist Seniors have an active roles and responsibilities within the four area teams and are part of senior leadership team. There are number of priority areas within service delivery we wish to review or begin development under the specialist strategic lead of a SSEP including parental/carer engagement, complex needs in the specialist sector, cognition and learning and SEMH. As a manager the role will involve involve supervision of qualified EPs and assistant psychologists. Alongside the specialist and management activities, you will provide generic work for up to 30% of your time: especially delivering a psychology service through consultation and working with individual and groups of children, parents and carers, schools and early years providers, the local authority and partner agencies. Applicants must be HCPC registered Educational Psychologists with at least 2 years experience as qualified EPs.
