As the Operations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, processing customer orders within agreed SLA's.
In this role, the Operations Executive will be liaising with the global teams to deliver a first-class customer experience.
The Operations Executive will have excellent communication and negotiation skills and will deliver value to the existing customers and new business.

Key responsibilities:
Act as the lead point of contact for all customer queries, pro-actively manage and assist in resolving challenging requests
Work with the Global Operations Team to ensure orders are placed correctly and on time
Ensure timely response to customers' queries and issues
Providing customer quotes and following up on any queries
Process orders accurately into the CRM
Liaise with customer and colleagues to ensure timely delivery of order
Work with logistics providers to manage delivery and costs
Arranging and approving customer invoices and ensure all associated month end responsibilities are completed
