NET Recruit are supporting a highly successful manufacturing business to search for an Interim Purchasing Manager in the Bournemouth area, on an ongoing basis. Your Role While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to: Ensuring that orders are progressed through the cycle to completion Placing orders and ensuring the correct quantities are placed to ensure the effective management of production Ensuring that batch sizes are accurate as per the production requirements Supporting the daily requirements of the purchasing function Identifying areas for improvement Providing ad-hoc reporting on purchasing activities You MUST Have: Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria: Several years of strong purchasing experience Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV would desirable) Excellent IT abilities, particularly with Microsoft Office Fantastic communication skills, particularly with negotiations and building supplier relationships Good organisational abilities, and able to handle multiple tasks at once PLEASE NOTE: Applicants MUST be immediately available to be considered for this role, as the company is looking to fill this role as soon as possible.
