£36,300 per annum, plus fantastic benefits
Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm

We are seeking a dynamic Campaign and Conversion Optimisation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the B2B Existing Business Marketing Manager in delivering a comprehensive programme of marketing communications aimed at driving commercial growth through the optimisation of our existing clients and employees. You will be responsible for owning current processes, analysing efficiencies, customer messaging, and channels, implementing 'test and learn' strategies based on data and feedback, and reporting on KPIs and performance metrics.
As the Optimisation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing assets, improving conversion rates, and ensuring seamless integration between sales and marketing communications using our CRM platforms. Your efforts will focus on key areas such as employee invite processes, client contact strategies, webpages, onboarding journeys, and overall customer experience.
Your expertise in campaign management, audience segmentation, asset management, and data analysis will be essential in driving targeted interventions and improving conversion rates.
What you’ll do:
* You will provide timely updates to the Marketing Manager and key stakeholders on optimisation, enhancements, and priority areas for improvement.
* You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, and writers, to develop and execute strategies that align with broader digital marketing initiatives.
* Ensure all communications meet brand, legal, and compliance requirements.
* Update and maintain campaigns in the CRM systems.
* Champion Bupa Health Clinics' full product range, the brand, the customer, and their needs through all communications.
* Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns using various channels.
* Identify target audiences and understand their behaviour, preferences, and needs.
* Use analytics to drive targeted interventions and improve conversion rates.
* Analyse campaign data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct A/B tests to optimise campaign elements and improve conversion rates.
* Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and conversion rates.
* Attend meetings with key stakeholders to understand current issues, blockers that affect conversion, cross-sell, and up-sell.
* Support optimisation across all propositions with a specific focus on the health assessment portfolio and the end user revenue.
* Help track the full journeys of the customer (phone, email, webpages, etc.) to understand what and where we need to focus on and change/enhance to make the biggest impact on the customer and our overall revenue.
What you’ll bring:
* Educated to degree level, or equivalent with marketing experience.
* Understanding of HTML and CSS.
* Proficiency in using marketing automation tools.
* Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data.
* Experience with A/B testing or split testing.
* Expertise in managing campaigns through CRM systems.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to develop effective strategies for marketing campaigns and conversion optimisation.
* Creativity and the ability to come up with creative ideas for campaigns that will engage target audiences and lead to conversions.
