This new full-time post is available from 1 February 2025 until 31 March 2027 on a fixed-term basis. This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home. Summary of the role Exeter University’s Strategy 2030 sets out an ambitious plan ensure we continue to lead the Higher Education Sector in the delivery of our student experience and education. To do this we are looking to transform our service delivery to create a student-centric approach that harnesses lean process redesign, leading digital approaches and innovative redesign of our physical space. We are looking for a high calibre senior business transformation programme manager with a proven track record of overseeing the holistic transformation of transactional services. They will lead our programme team covering all aspects from operating model design and implementation, digital enablement and physical space redesign. Reporting to the Director Enabling 2030 Strategy, this is a senior delivery role that will interact at senior levels across the university as well as at all levels within the Education community.
