This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the running of pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) classes and provide administrative assistance. Responsibilities: As a Band 3/4 Locum Rehabilitation Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the running of pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) classes, including assisting with patient exercises and monitoring patient progress. Additionally, you will provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and preparing materials for PR classes. You will collaborate closely with the respiratory team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the PR program. Your role will also involve providing education and support to patients and their families, ensuring they understand the importance of pulmonary rehabilitation and how to manage their respiratory conditions effectively. Qualifications and Experiences: Relevant qualifications or experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
