Job summary Bramblys Grange is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Medical Administrator to work in the friendly admin team at Bramblys Grange. We are a thriving & expanding training practice developing our services within Basingstoke. You will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of data inputting, administrative duties, and the provision of administrative support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to, the read coding information into patients clinical records from correspondence from other care service providers and other sources on the practice clinical system, adhering to existing policies and procedures. Main duties of the job You will be responsible for read-coding data on EMIS Web into the patient records. You will be required to scan and input documentation to health records as required. You will regularly answer incoming calls and contact patients to arrange appointments requested by the GP - therefore a good telephone manner is required. Experience of conflict resolution and difficult situations is beneficial and individuals should be able to display empathy and compassion.
