The Licensing Team within Cheshire West and Chester Council are looking for a permanent full time Licensing Process Officer. The team processes a wide range of licensing applications including taxis and private hire, alcohol/gambling premises, street trading and other general licensing and registration matters.

The Licensing Team within Cheshire West and Chester Council are looking for a permanent full time Licensing Process Officer. The team processes a wide range of licensing applications including taxis and private hire, alcohol/gambling premises, street trading and other general licensing and registration matters.
The Team embraces flexible and mobile working. They primarily operate from Ellesmere Port. There is very occasional requirement to work in other offices by arrangement.
The successful candidate will be confident, have excellent communication (online/email/phone and face to face) and organisational skills and be able demonstrate use of complex data systems with an eye for detail and accuracy.
