Up to £125,000.00 per annum, depending on experience
37.5 hours per week
Main duties of the job
Operational performance of the hospital including full financial and budget responsibility.
Delivering profitable growth and operational efficiency as well as ensuring all commercial opportunities are identified and mobilised where appropriate.
Driving the Quality agenda, putting patient safety first and inspiring your team.
You will have proven experience of driving revenue growth and experience of accountability for budgets, PNL and operating costs.

Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital was originally built from funds raised by the local community and is now one of the leading providers of private healthcare in Leicestershire. The Hospital has a strong local reputation with patients remaining loyal. The Hospital has 28 ensuite inpatient beds, 2 Laminar flow theatres, Endoscopy Suite, minor treatment room and 14 consulting rooms. The hospital delivers a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient treatments and services using the best possible technologies. Since 2015 we have invested in a static MRI unit, a new digital X-ray room & digital mammography. We are a local centre of excellence for Children and Young People Services.
The Hospital has been rated as a 'Good' hospital by the CQC and achieved this rating across the 5 key lines of enquiry across all departments inspected.
Job responsibilities
As a Hospital Director at our Leicester Hospital, you'll inspire and lead the hospital's leadership team and create a culture which embraces, embeds and role models the 'We care' values & behaviours. You'll manage and develop diverse relationships working with consultants, GPs, the NHS and other external bodies to drive a patient-centric culture, where care is proactively managed, and individuals are developed. As Registered Manager and a 'fit and proper person' as defined by the CQC, you'll ensure continued development of external support networks and be accountable for meeting all CQC requirements.

Experience
* Commercial and/or clinical experience in independent healthcare.
