Property Underwriting Manager Salary: Competitive This role will suit an individual who has experience of underwriting Corporate Property insurance and who is also interested in developing relationships with brokers and customers. The role will also suit an individual who has an analytical mind and is confident interrogating data to identify trends using tools such as excel. A bit about the job: The role will be part of the GCS Corporate Property team, which operates from London and Manchester, and will be responsible for underwriting new and renewal business contributing to the overall GCS financial plans. Underwriting responsibilities will include the application of risk assessment and selection, pricing, agreeing coverage and terms. The successful candidate will need to work closely with other areas of Aviva including Claims, Client Relationship Management, Distribution and Risk Management to create specific propositions for GCS customers who are typically UK based, often with multi-national exposures, with an annual turnover in excess of £250,000,000.
