Band 3 Anticoagulation Admin Co-ordinator
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work within our busy Anti-Coagulant service at Barnet Hospital. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and able to work independently as part of a team and will lead on the digitisation of the service. Attention to detail and the ability to work to strict quality and performance deadlines are essential. The successful candidate is required to demonstrate Trust values and meet the responsibilities of the job description and person specification. This role is an on-site position only; the successful candidate will be required to work exclusively from our Barnet Hospital Anticoagulation Office.
Main duties of the job
1. Work as part of the Anticoagulation team to ensure that all administrative functions for patients from the time of GP referral to the time of discharge are coordinated in line with specific care pathway instructions.
2. Provide administrative support to the Nurse Consultant and Clinician Nurse Specialists.
3. Act as a single point of contact for patients within your remit, presenting a professional image for the service at all times.
