We currently have a vacancy for a Apprentice Customer Account Manager to join our friendly team at our Ipswich office, on a Full Time and Permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week.

As an Apprentice Customer Account Manager at Certas Energy, you will learn how to maximise the commercial sales opportunities and customer experience, using a combination of consultative selling, strong account management, up/cross selling and new customer acquisition.
Certas Energy will support you throughout your apprenticeship to ensure you are able to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of a successful sales professional.
You will be working in a quality-focused environment where we strive to exceed customer expectations by team-working, professional interaction and effective communication.
