Permanent Experienced Veterinary Surgeon, Newcastle Upon Tyne
Type : 85% small, 10% equine, 5% farm mix - OR Small Animal Only

Role : They are seeking an experienced Mixed or Small animal vet surgeon to join their lovely team.
Hours :
1. Full-time, 5 or 4 days per week
2. One night on call per week (with support by another vet)
3. Part-time hours are negotiable but ideally at least 2 full days per week plus the below weekend rota cover
4. 1 full weekend on call in every 6 (for every full weekend worked, no night on call the following week and a Friday or Monday off to make a long weekend)
5. 1 Saturday morning in 3 (one of these will be part of the full weekend on call every 6)
6. Bank holiday cover equally shared
Applicant Requirements:
7. They are looking for a mixed animal Veterinary Surgeon, which will include 85% small animal, 10% equine, and 5% farm mix.
8. A full driver's licence is required for this role
Remuneration Package:
9. Experienced vet salary will be commensurate with experience and whether car, fuel card, and accommodation are required
10. 6-month review resulting in salary increase on successful completion of a 6-month probationary period
11. Year 1 review, salary increase, and bonus-related earnings
