Do you have an interest in developing health and wellbeing propositions? We’re looking for Proposition Development Managers to join AXA Health’s Strategy and Proposition Team. Your work will make a tangible difference to our members and their families' health and wellbeing.
You’ll be part of a team supporting the development of new, differentiating customer propositions and care services across AXA Health's proposition portfolio. You’ll ensure new initiatives are based on sound customer insight, delivered to a clear set of business outcomes and are launched on time and in control. Be involved with post implementation reviews to ensure propositions deliver to plan and provide good customer outcomes. You’ll be creative and take inspiration from different places, using this towards innovative solutions.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

What you’ll be doing:
* Work with colleagues on new customer, business and competitor insights to develop class-leading, differentiating health and wellbeing propositions and customer journeys.
* Ensure customer insights flow into concept development.
* Employ customer-centric design techniques to create compelling customer value concepts.
* Participate in development of new and in-life propositions across health and wellbeing portfolio, delivering through third-party partners and AXA Health expertise.
* Document end-to-end service designs - blueprinting, digital first but not digital only journeys that are loved by our members.
* Support selection of third-party services through robust provider selection processes and coordinate to delivery of new provider operating models.
* Consistently review customer, clinical, and business key performance indicators (KPIs) against plan to consistently provide feedback loops into new proposition development.
* Utilise frameworks for identifying and mitigating risk, considering all categories including conduct, operational and business risk.

* Comfortable with ambiguity – essential.
* Experience in financial services or insurance, ideally health.
* Commercial awareness.
* Risk management skills.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
