How you'll make an impact As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring efficiency, and providing insights to guide decision-making. Leading a skilled finance team, you will drive continuous improvements while supporting the rollout of new financial systems. Lead cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting. Prepare and present monthly financial reports with performance insights. Oversee financial controls, payroll (outsourced), and payment processes. Provide strategic guidance to senior leaders and key stakeholders. Develop and manage a high-performing finance team. Implement and enhance financial systems and reporting structures. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal governance. Ability to communicate complex financial information in an accessible way. Industry experience in project-driven sectors (preferred but not essential).
