About the Home/Company:
An amazing Deputy Home Manager opportunity has arisen in a lovely Care Home. Starting with one Care Home in the Suffolk area, they have grown rapidly to become a successful and innovative care provider, employing nearly 2,000 staff, and caring for 1,200 residents in over 30 Care Homes across the country. What we need:
This is a key role in the organisation and is the most senior role besides the manager. You will lead the nursing team and be responsible for delivering individual care plans, ensuring they meet our high clinical and compliance standards. You will deputise for the home manager and work with local health care groups and GPs in order to deliver care. You will have access to all of the support and training you need in addition to working hours available to use on training and planning the training of nurses and care staff. In the ideal scenario, this role is intended to progress to senior management and to be with us over the long term. We are looking for a superstar who can demonstrate the ability to go further.
As an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD), you’ll have good knowledge of care planning and clinical compliance. We will also accept applications from candidates who are in a senior nursing role and wish to step up.
Minimum Requirements:
* An experienced Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
* A proven track record of leading a nursing team in the delivery of person-centred care, including planning, implementing, and evaluating care.
* You must be living in the UK with a valid passport or permit to work in the UK.
