Portsmouth Water are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support in the transition from IFS Applications 8 to IFS Cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting the end-to-end business processes across all Portsmouth Water business functions using the 2c8 modelling tool. This role will also include managing and organising all IFS training materials within the ClickLearn environment, ensuring alignment with the upgraded system and the end-to-end business process. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders from all areas of the business, including HCM, Supply Chain, Finance, Asset Management, CRM, Project Management, Engineering, and Service Operations within the water supply industry. Following our company ethos of one source of the truth and matching our business process to best practice use of the IFS ERP system. The Business Analyst will also be expected to be able to explore all areas of the business not just those related to ERP. What will you be doing? Key Responsibilities Designing and facilitating workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and aspirations. Articulate process, system and data requirements, documenting accurately to ensure all requirements are valid and traceable. Assist in reaching the correct business decisions needed for the end-to-end business process Work closely with the internal IFS functional leads and IFS functional consultants for each business area, and map the business process using 2c8 modelling tool. Develop and maintain process models using the 2c8 modelling tool, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with business requirements Present findings clearly and concisely both written and verbally with use of a RACI chart for all business process and departments. Manage stakeholders and build good relationships to enable the success of the project and to develop a robust business system with domain knowledge that can be shared across the team. What do you need? Skills, Competencies & Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP upgrades or implementations Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills to all levels of the business. Proficiency in business process mapping and modelling, using industry standard tools (2c8, Visio, ARIS) Experience in creating RACI charts for all business processes. Strong understanding of enterprise systems, including modules for HCM, CRM, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, FSM and EAM. Strong relationship building skills across a diverse range of stakeholders Ability to self-manage, being proactive and disciplined in delivering work commitments on time and to a high standard. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and critically evaluate problem statements and documentation.
