About The Service The Responsive Repairs Unit are responsible for the maintenance of all Cardiff Council domestic housing stock, including Temporary Accommodation, Community Living Complexes, hostels, individual rooms and communal areas of blocks of flats. There are 3 posts available. About the job The successful candidates will be responsible for managing and overseeing the system processes for damp and disrepair cases and act as a single point of contact for contract holders with active cases. These roles are temporary until 31st March 2026. What We Are Looking For From You The successful candidate will have experience working within local government and working with customers. They will also have excellent communication skills and have the ability to provide this in the appropriate manner to all service users, staff and operatives. You will need to be well-organised and able to work on your own initiative, as well as working as part of a team. Additional information These posts are temporary until 31st March 2026.
