Your Role
and What You'll Be Doing
The Marketing BI Analyst will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition strategies by delivering actionable insights that support investment decisions. The primary objective is to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and enhance qualification and conversion rates. The ideal candidate understands the standard workflows and metrics of digital advertising and user engagement and is a master at slicing and dicing data to obtain meaningful insights.
1. You will analyse marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform acquisition strategies.
2. Developing and maintaining dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, CAC, qualification, and conversion rates.
3. You will evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing recommendations for optimisation.
4. Conducting market research to understand customer behaviour, preferences, and trends.
5. Providing data-driven insights to support investment decisions aimed at improving efficiency.
6. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams to align strategies and ensure data accuracy.
7. Utilising predictive modelling to forecast acquisition outcomes and inform strategic planning.
8. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting.
About You
9. You will have proven experience as a Marketing Business Analyst.
10. Be proficient in data analysis tools and techniques as well as having a strong knowledge in the Marketing tech stack.
11. You will have experience in managing GA4 data structures (table definitions, extract methods, event management, etc…)
12. Have a familiarity with forecasting models, tools and processes.
13. Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools, project management strategies, and stakeholder management.
14. Have experience working in a multi-disciplined marketing, sales and business development team within a professional services organisation.
15. Previous CRM experience is essential.
