We are currently supporting a leading 3PL in their search for a Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for driving and developing new revenue opportunities together with methods and processes to increase business profitability and customer experience; whilst promoting the company's values, beliefs and branding.
Responsible for the Commercial & Sales team, ensuring the team provide exceptional customer support experience, developing an inspired and future thinking team to support the growth of the group.
Key Responsibilities
· Managing customer relations and existing business
· Nurturing existing customer accounts to uncover incremental volume
· Review and develop current and new customers and revenue opportunities including contract reviews.
· Profiling and developing an in-depth knowledge of the customers and the profit opportunities
· Enable best practices, trends and sustainable objectives that will help shape future strategies
· Working closely with the departments and team to develop new launches to a customer brief or specification
· Developing new business in line with company's strategic growth plan
· Forecasting sales volumes
