As a member of the Eldercare Marketing team, you will contribute to bringing our marketing strategy to life. You will oversee creation of the annual magazine, promotional and functional photography requirements, coordination of events, support brand management, plus much more. You will be at the heart of driving innovative and impactful campaigns to inform, engage and inspire. This role is critical to driving client engagement and growth, managing end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives and providing support and guidance across the organisation. Supported by and supporting the Marketing and Communications Manager, Online Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer, this small team achieves great things. To succeed in this role you will need: Demonstrated experience in marketing and communications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and partner with consumers, families, and staff of diverse ages, cultures, and backgrounds. Ability to work collaboratively, lead and contribute to continuous improvement. High level stakeholder engagement and consultation skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a high volume of work. Ability to work with people of all ages.
