Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager who will be based in the office with 2-3 days out of the office per week meeting clients. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include market research, developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of the shading, decorative, and acoustic systems industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Willingness to travel as needed
