As a Senior/Associate Urban Designer, you'll be part of a collaborative studio with a landscape and urbanism ethos, working alongside a team of creative experts. Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to innovative urban design and public realm projects.
* Operate across various scales of design, managing multiple projects and teams.
* Engage in business development and work-winning activities.
* Collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
* Utilize strong technical abilities in AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in urban design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Skills:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and GIS.
* Strong understanding of urban planning principles, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
* Excellent graphic communication skills for high-quality visual representation.
* Effective project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
