Your Role in our Mission:
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we are seeking a Content Developer to help build content about our platform and products for our knowledge base. As Content Developer you’ll support our technical writing team by helping to identify knowledge gaps and build effective content to fill them. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build their career in content development.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the team to identify and understand knowledge gaps and work with the relevant stakeholders to help develop content to fill them
* Measure performance of content and optimise content as required
* Work with product and technical teams to write content, process flows and instructions on key features
* Be an advocate for our knowledge base, promoting it internally as the go-to for knowledge on our platform and products
* Help to review existing content and optimise this to help drive engagement
* Write accurate, well-organised, consistent, and highly effective content for new and updated features of our service in the appropriate forms (flow charts, tutorials, videos etc.)
* Prepare how to guides, instructional content for our releases, updates and specific feature sets
* Create content for our customer support team
* Collaborate with technical writers and customer support representatives to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support
* Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge about the Reward Gateway platform, associated modules and partner products
Skills
* 1-2 years experience in technical content development or similar role
* Proven understanding of technical writing tools and software
* Proactive problem-solving skills
* Fluent/native English with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience and interest in producing multi-form communications for tech/SAAS products
* A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
* Previous experience working across multiple teams e.g., training, engineering, account management, success teams & third parties
* High attention to detail, with an analytical approach to measure success and impact of internal comms
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
