Hays is working with a manufacturing company looking to expand their growing finance division. It is a temporary assignment over the duration of 2/3 months to join an exciting finance team. They want a bright, intelligent, go-getter to come in and make an impact immediately.
General duties:
* Month end bank reconciliations and journals
* Administrative tasks
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Wages cover and monitoring
* KPI development and monitoring
* Ad hoc reporting for local and group needs
* Occasional travel to Birmingham
Skills necessary:
* Previous experience in the manufacturing industry
* Highly proficient in Excel
* Excellent communication skills
* Logical and organised worker
* Previous experience using SAP
* Must be IT literate and able to adapt to multiple systems
* Can do attitude – we are a small team, so ability to adapt and get stuck in
