Job Title: National Account Manager
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: £40,000-£45,000
YF are incredibly excited to be partnered with a leading luxury snacking brand who are investing heavily in their team after 5 successive years of double digit growth! Far outperforming their competitors and with a large pipeline of new SKUs, this is a hugely exciting time to join a brand poised to become a household name.
We are working with them in hiring a National Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of their Grocery presence across the UK.
Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key national accounts - current listings include all top 4 grocery retailers
* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to each account, maximising revenue and brand visibility.
* Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, leading negotiations to secure new accounts.
* Performance Tracking: Set and track KPIs for each account, preparing and presenting regular performance reports to senior leadership.
Experience:
* 2-3+ years’ experience in Account Management with some exposure to Top 4 grocery customers.
* Strong commercial acumen with proven sales skills.
* Strong communication skills with a passion for working in a fast-paced, high growth challenger brand.
