My client is a global event technology business based in London.
They are currently seeking a Senior Events Project Manager:
Reporting to the Technical Director, this role will play a pivotal part in the companys strategic growth of large scale conference and corporate events, heavily utilizing technology and cross collaboration between technical departments to deliver on their promises.

Key Responsibilities
1. Key stakeholder in the creation of asset purchase plans for audio, lighting, & video that align with the companys vision, curating the future.
2. Oversee the management of inventory, procurement, and maintenance of audio, lighting, & video equipment to ensure availability and quality.
3. Provide training opportunities for staff and stay updated on industry trends, implementing innovative solutions for improved service delivery.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and certifications.
5. Evaluate and establish relationships with external suppliers for technical equipment and services.
Event Technical Management of Audio, Lighting, & Video
1. Opportunity to select and work on events based on individual interest and expertise.
2. Work with other departments for seamless event execution and manage relationships with technical vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
3. Contribute to the planning and execution of event logistics, including load-in and load-out schedules.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and certifications.
5. Provide support to clients and internal teams, ensuring technical setups meet quality standards and troubleshooting issues.
6. Oversee and develop technical designs, providing guidance for audio, lighting, & video teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
On-Site Operation of Audio, Lighting, & Video
1. Opportunity to select and work on events based on individual interest and expertise.
2. Oversee the setup, operation, and teardown of audio, lighting, and video equipment for events.
3. Coordinate with event organizers and other technical staff to ensure seamless execution of audio, lighting, and video requirements.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio, lighting, and video equipment during events.
5. Train and supervise junior operators and technicians.
6. Collaborate with other departments, such as stage management and production, to ensure a cohesive and high-quality event experience.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to event organizers and performers as needed.
