As a Software Developer at Aegon, you wil l : Be responsible for the development of complex web applications. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders within our business to deliver innovative software solutions. Drive best practices to ensure high-quality code through the enforcement of coding standards, thorough peer reviews, and adherence to quality assurance procedures Implement and maintain a strong testing framework to ensure the reliability and quality of developed software R un and operate each capability through all lifecycle stages including production environments to ensure it operates within defined SLAs. We’d love to hear from you if you have: P roficiency in frontend web technologies like Angular or React. Experience with Python, Java or other comparable backend languages. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Experience working collaboratively in Agile / Scrum environments. What’s in it for you?
