About The Role
The Leadership Development Manager will be part of the Talent and Learning Team. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to design learning solutions, manage projects, and facilitate learning primarily for line managers. Key skills include expertise in management, leadership, DEI, and stakeholder management in a multi-site business.
Main Responsibilities
* Stakeholder Management: Engage with line managers, employees, HRBPs, and other stakeholders.
* Briefing Meetings: Conduct meetings with HRBPs, Line Managers, and HRLT.
* Development Skills: Assess and propose management and leadership development skills.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Learning Manager to develop a comprehensive Talent & Learning offering.
* Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis to identify collective learning needs.
* Learning Interventions: Design, deliver, and coordinate relevant learning activities.
* Management Development Programme: Lead the design and delivery of the programme.
* DEI Activities: Support and lead DEI activities.
* Succession Planning: Co-lead the succession planning process.
* Integration: Incorporate FBC UK values into initiatives.
* Communication: Collaborate with Internal Communications for effective communication.
* Measuring Success: Evaluate learning programmes and suggest improvements.
* Budget Management: Manage the budget with the Director of Talent and Learning.
* Travel: Travel to FBC UK sites as required (up to 50%).
