We are seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to join a leading hotel in the Geelong area, overseeing day-to-day operations across the hotel, including several F&B outlets.
This corporate entity is looking for an experienced leader who excels in rooms division, staff management, and has an understanding of F&B operations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Oversee the daily operations of the hotel and multiple F&B outlets.
2. Coordinate closely with the Group General Manager to ensure seamless operation.
3. Lead and motivate teams, driving service excellence and operational efficiency.
4. Implement and monitor budgets, ensuring effective cost control measures.
5. Maintain high standards of guest services across all departments.

1. Proven experience in rooms division, F&B operations, and staff management.
