Deputy Manager (Children's Home)
Location: Preston - PR2
Who you’ll support: You'll work with up to 4 incredible young people, each with their own unique needs, including Autistic Spectrum Conditions, Learning Disabilities, or Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), depending on which of our homes you join.

The Perks:
* Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week on a rolling rota, including some weekends and bank holidays
* Sleep-ins: Occasional sleep-in shifts required (extra pay included, of course)
* Competitive Pay: Starting salary of £37,500 - £43,800 (DOE), with regular pay reviews and increases once you’ve passed your probation and completed your Level 4 qualification

What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications: You’ll need relevant qualifications in social care (or a related field)
* Experience: Proven experience in a similar role in social care
* Driving Licence: Essential
* Age: Must be 23+ (due to legal requirements)
