Sales Administrator
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: Inverness
Are you highly organized with an eye for detail? Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Administrator to join their growing team. You’ll be responsible for providing vital administrative support to their multi-franchise car sales operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all administration related to new and used car sales across multiple franchises.
Process the receipting and purchasing of new and used vehicles.
Invoice both new and used car sales transactions.
Register vehicles for both new and used cars.
Administer various warranty products related to vehicle sales.
Maintain filing systems and general office upkeep.
Answer telephone inquiries and support customer interactions.
Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly targets for the sales department.
What Our Client is Looking For:
Strong administrative experience, ideally in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication abilities both over the phone and in person.
The ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
A proactive approach and a willingness to learn.
