Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kingston Upon Thames. As an Account Coordinator, you will be the key liaison between Just Clear and our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and outstanding customer service .
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate service execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system .
* Identify growth opportunities within accounts and propose tailored solutions to clients.
* Provide regular reports on project status and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience in account management or a customer service role .
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
* Strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail .
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills .
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively .
