Coba Education is looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated supply team, supporting a range of schools across Northamptonshire.
The Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant with Coba Education, you’ll have the opportunity to work flexibly across a variety of schools, supporting pupils with a wide range of needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges (SEMH).
You may be:
1. Providing 1:1 support for students with EHCPs
2. Assisting with small group interventions
3. Supporting class teachers in adapting materials and activities
4. Helping pupils to develop confidence, independence, and engagement in their learning
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience working with children with SEN (in school, care, or community settings)
2. A calm, patient, and adaptable nature
3. A genuine desire to help young people reach their full potential
4. Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential
