Music Teacher
Protocol Education are working closely with a high-performing secondary school in Salisbury, SP1, and are seeking an exceptional and motivated Music Teacher to join their wonderful team in January 2025. Hours: Contractual – 32.5 hours
Basis: Full-Time
Salary: £31,650 - £43,607 per annum
Start date: Monday 6th January 2025.

Required:
* QTS qualified
* Previous experience teaching music
* Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their musical potential.
* Organize and lead musical performances, concerts, and extracurricular music activities.
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
* Ability to complete planning and marking in accordance with the music curriculum
* Full time availability
* Suitable references and an accurate and updated DBS check
The outstanding candidate will:
* Be excited and keen to teach and lead lessons and are an expert in their subject field
* Have prior experience teaching especially GCSE content to a variety of learning abilities
* Have an open-minded approach to teaching
* Be supportive and positive toward students and their learning
* Act as a role model for their students and display a contagious love for the subject.
