Temporary Construction Administrator – Site Based
Sites across West Mids, East Mids, Staffs
£25,000 – £30,000 + Car / Enhanced Mileage
St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit a Temporary Construction Administrator to join our team. The role is initially on a 4 month, fixed-term basis, with the possibility of going permanent at the end. The successful person will be providing administrative support to our sites, helping to ensure ongoing and complete compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Spend 2-3 days at each of our sites, liaising with Senior site teams to establish compliance requirements
* Liaise with relevant subcontractors to ensure 100% document compliance on each site
* Inputting documents to our system
* Keeping site teams informed of progress, and any issues that arise.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous experience in an Administrative environment
* Ability to deal with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full driving license, and willingness to travel to, and work from our sites

* £25,000 - £30,000 salary (Pro Rata)
