We areseekinga driven and innovative professional to join ourfinancial managementteam. The successful candidate will be working within a team to develop and deliveraccuratefinancialinformation to the Trust andto allow services to makeinformed decisions.
We work collaboratively with other teams whilst being strong, self-starting individuals. You will be at the heart of the development of this reporting with the potential to influence the way the Trust works andhavinga real impact on patient services with the insights we can provide.
Experience with a ledgersystemas well asgoodexcel and analytical skills are essential.
Currently the finance team areworking in a hybrid fashion, with time divided between the office in Bracknell and home working.Thereareregularface to faceteam meetings and working sessions at our London House office tohelpmaintaina strong collaborative approach to our work.
You will work as part of theFinancial Management Team,with either the Mental Health or Children’sTeam,taking responsibility forprovision ofaccurateandtimelyledger information under the guidance of the Finance Business Partner.
You will be part of a dedicated team providing support tothe whole team.
You will be the key contact for parts of the service portfolio we look after.
You will also be part of work to develop the way we work,which mayinclude;
• Continuous Improvement using our Quality Improvement Management System
• Training and Development
• Financial reporting and efficiency programs
