About The Role Waldon Telecom, a part of M Group Services, is an essential infrastructure services provider to the mobile telecommunication sector in the UK. We work on behalf of large mobile network operators to acquire, design, and construct mobile telecommunication base stations across the country. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Training Administrator to be part of our SHEQ team in the UK. This is initially a six-month fixed term contract with the possibility of going permanent. You are likely to work 3 days at home and 2 days in our West Byfleet, Surrey OR Diseworth, Derby office. What will you be doing? As the Training Administrator your role will be to support the SHEQ team with all matters associated with workforce competence and legal compliance. Whatwill your key responsibilities be? Co-ordinating the on-boarding and induction programme. Liaising with hiring managers and suppliers for the on boarding of personnel. Facilitating and monitoring the booking of training. Maintaining and growing relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including internal / external trainers and assessors, to optimise service levels. Liaising with direct staff and suppliers to manage expiring personnel records, leavers and starters. The administration of engineer certification and access cards. Maintaining data integrity across all training records. Supporting the management of The Training Facilities to optimise their use. Validation of compliance with certification awarding bodies. Raising purchase orders for training. Creating and maintaining reports, facilitating the departments requirements. Maintaining departmental processes and raising any improvement or enhancements. What skills and experience are we looking for? Proven record of accomplishment in delivering administrative duties within a business support function. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment. A problem solver who is committed to excellent service.
