Experienced Architectural Technologist required to join an established AJ100 regional Architectural Practice located within its contemporary Leeds City Studio.

Their current vacancy would be best suited for an experienced (circa 5 years) "nuts and bolts" Architectural Technologist who thrives under the demands of working on various large-scale projects simultaneously. They are looking for a meticulous detailer who prides themselves on ensuring every piece of work with their name on it is produced to an impeccable standard. The practice is 100% REVIT based, so a good working knowledge is highly desirable alongside having worked on live projects to BIM level 2 standard. Technologists who are either on the cusp of becoming Senior Technologists will also be considered.
To be considered for this exceptional Architectural Technologist role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. At least 5 years of experience in an Architectural Practice background.
2. MCIAT or working towards - essential.
3. Experience in multiple sectors - Commercial, Industrial, Modular off-site, Leisure & Hospitality, Transportation.
4. Recognizable qualification such as a Degree in Architectural Technology or an HND in Building Studies.
5. Confident job running and client-facing skills.
6. Strong technical expertise related to design and construction.
7. Very good Revit skills, and a good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
8. Able to audit the design and identify inconsistencies, discrepancies, and missing information, and record, report, and track the closeout of these items.
9. Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the Planning/Building Regulations application process.
10. Experience in leading meetings on site with the client, design, and contractor team.
