Title: Customer Service Administrator
Hours: Part Time (approx. 4 days a week)
Location: Invergordon
Salary: £11.44 per hour depending on experience
Details:
Our client is looking to appoint a Customer Service Administrator on a part time basis in Invergordon. This is a varied role offering excellent training and the opportunity to progress within the business. The preferred pattern of working hours is 4 days per week although some flexibility may be offered to suit.
Duties include:
Dealing with a range of customer enquiries, maintaining and developing customer relations.
Taking and processing customer orders.
Updating and maintaining accurate customer records.
Monitoring and replenishing stock.
Taking and recording deliveries.
Processing transactions and reconciling takings.
Merchandising.
Assisting with putting together orders for dispatch.
Ad hoc administration in support of the Director.
Diary management.
Taking messages and delegating calls.
Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace at all times.
Cashiering.
Person specification
Previous administration/customer service experience.
Ability to undertake training and development opportunities and progress to a supervisory role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong teamworking skills.
Open to training and development opportunities and a willingness to accept additional responsibility.
