Clear Understanding of the NPD Process. Excellent communication skills at all levels and with all departments. Work closely with the internal teams, suppliers and customers. Lead team meetings and communicate status updates when required. Completion of submission forms and data entry onto customer portals Ensure the accurate recording of project information. Produce weekly KPI reports Schedule customer and supplier presentations. Assist with writing of QAS and tasting notes Consolidation of trackers and management of internal databases. Complete comp shops and benchmarking panels to ensure our products are market leading. Identify newness in the market and review innovations across all relevant categories. Continually assess current products, to recommend redevelopment if required.
