We have exciting opportunities available for enthusiastic individuals looking to work within a fast-paced dynamic HR environment.
The roles are based within The Employee Service Centre and in particular the HR Compliance & Audit team.
As an Advisor in the HR Transformation team, you will provide first point of contact support on a wide range of HR related queries. You will also provide guidance and training to managers and employees, assist in the administration of various schemes, and ensure accurate data and records are maintained. Customer service is paramount to this role.
You will assist the senior advisor on HR Compliance and Audit initiatives and help develop controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will also support the senior advisor in information gathering for audits and specific information requests.
In short, you will be part of a team that seeks to continually improve processes and quality standards to provide positive outcomes to meet the needs of our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
* Providing first point of contact support to customers regarding HR related queries.
* Supporting the Senior Advisor on HR Compliance and Audit initiatives and developing systems of control.
* Collating evidence for audits, including requests from external agencies.
* Liaising with managers regarding Occupancy End Reports and Employee Payments reports.
* Coordinating the administration of the cycle to work, green car, and annual buy and bank leave schemes.
The Individual
It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good verbal and written skills and strong IT skills with experience in using MS Office. Knowledge of iTrent would be advantageous.
You should be a customer-focused individual with excellent time management skills, who shows initiative and is comfortable challenging current practices.
You must be educated to National 5 level; experience within a HR or Customer Focused Environment would be desirable.
