Following our recent merge, we are looking to expand our team and an exciting opportunity has become available for a Practice Nurse with skills and interest in Respiratory and Leg care i.e. compression to join our friendly, supportive, and progressive practice.
The successful applicant will work as a key part of the clinical team and must be able to organise and manage their own workload and have experience of working in a customer care environment.
Salary: Placement within this salary scale is negotiated based on skills and experience - £14.56 - £18.41 per hour; £28,471 - £42,714 for 37 hours per week (pro rata) with the benefit of an NHS or NEST pension.
Hours: Full and Part time applications welcomed (minimum 10 hours per week), hours can be negotiated and a set weekly working pattern.

Main Duties of the post
The post holder is responsible for the delivery of practice nursing services to the practice population. Supported by senior nurses within the practice, working collaboratively they will deliver care within the boundaries of their role, focusing upon supporting patients to be healthy, monitoring of long-term conditions, health prevention and screening activities.

* Membership of a professional body, registered nurse (adult)

* Specialist Practitioner qualification
