Position: Customer Support Coordinator
Location: Falkirk branch
A job that matters: Your Tasks
Our Customer Support Coordinators deal with all internal and external customer enquiries regarding parts and components required to install and repair our systems. The role involves taking orders via email or over the phone. You will be dealing with orders from 3rd party businesses using dormakaba products or our own external sales team, as well as handling customer credit enquiries, stock queries, and various other elements relating to our products.
We need someone who can keep up to date with dormakaba’s latest innovations and products, so we are looking for someone with natural curiosity and good attention to detail.
Lastly, we need someone who is happy to deliver the best internal sales support to each and every customer, ensuring we become the supplier of choice for every client, whoever they are and whatever they need.
An experience that matters: Your Skills
* 2+ years experience in a similar customer service environment (i.e. Sales support, sales administration, etc.)
* Previous experience with a CRM system; knowledge of SAP would be a real bonus.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* A desire to learn about our product range to offer best-in-class support to our customers.
