3 weekly rotating shifts including days & evenings (latest finish is 8pm)
1 weekend in 3 would be required to work.

Our client based in Rugby is seeking a customer-focused individual to join their busy team. This is a fast-paced role involving problem solving and quick thinking.
Duties:
1. Receiving and logging high-volume calls from drivers who have broken down
2. Proactively liaising with dealers and customers
3. Source and negotiate solutions to resolve cases
4. Monitor the quality of cases and identify corrective action where appropriate
5. Supporting the Help Desk
Person Specification:
1. Excellent Customer Service skills
2. Ability to pick up systems and processes with ease
3. Customer focused with a logical approach to problem solving and decision making
4. Able to 'think on your feet'
5. Superb communication skills
6. Must possess a positive and proactive attitude
