LSH Auto is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our Body and Paint Centre team. In this role, you will be the primary interface between our customers and the body shop, ensuring that their vehicles receive the meticulous care and service they expect.
Hours - 45
Salary - £29,000 plus OTE bonus
Responsibilities:
1. Greeting customers and managing appointment schedules
2. Assessing and documenting customer concerns regarding vehicle issues
3. Providing transparent and accurate estimates for both services and repairs
4. Upsell of additional cosmetic work and work identified by our AI scanner
5. Collaborating with technicians to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery
6. Keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicle's service
7. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally in the automotive industry; experience in Bodyshop would be beneficial but not a requirement
2. Exceptional communication and customer service skills
3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
4. Knowledge of automotive products, systems, and services
5. Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
6. Proficiency with service-related software and tools
7. A full UK driver's licence
