* Expertise in NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, written).
* Self-motivated with strategic problem-solving skills.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders within NEC frameworks.
* Knowledge of CDM/site health and safety regulations related to NEC contracts.
Qualifications:
* Degree in infrastructure or construction-related field.
* Chartered or qualified with ICE, APM, RICS, etc., preferred.
Work Environment:
We support hybrid working to help balance work and life. Expect to spend approximately 60% of your time on client sites or in offices, with flexibility based on business needs. Collaboration and learning are key to our culture.
