Business Support Analyst (HR), Remote working £25-£30 + bonus
Fantastic opportunity exists with this rapidly expanding Technology and Business Change Consultancy for a Business Support Analyst with HR experience / CIPD qualified to join their team. You can demonstrate solid IT, data and finance skills together with excellent attention to detail and a collaborative approach to teamwork. This is a hybrid role with a good deal of variety but with a particular emphasis on HR skills / HR experience. You will be adept at building strong working relationships both internally and externally, with outstanding problem solving and effective solution delivery skills to enhance and support the business. As a Business Support Anlayst you will be:
* Assisting in the planning, organising and communicating across all internal and external stakeholders for project management, finance and modelling
* Supporting internal and external enquiries and requests related to the Business Support team with particular responsibility around HR business and requirements
* Provide documentation support and develop policies, procedures and reports that meet the needs of a growing business with an HR emphasis
* Assist in developing sales and marketing literature (e.g. ensuring case studies are done / posted / printed) as well as support with trade show organisation
* Work with the head of business intelligence on various projects, operational development initiatives and presentations, particular emphasis on HR
* Work in partnership with other management team members to ascertain and carry out the needs of the team and organisation
* Assisting with Human Resources activities around the process of recruitment, including vetting candidates, updating employee data and all aspects of onboarding
* Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, and any other duties assigned to you
Essential skills include:
* Excellent Microsoft Office 365 (including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent communication, organisation, administration skills with a keen attention to detail
* Excellent numerical and verbal skills
* Proven experience within a similar role, working with an extremely busy team and with very high standards
* Strong organisation and planning skills, able to plan and manage own workload
* The flexibility and willingness to learn
Any experience around analysing data, experience of supplier management, experience in marketing administration, expense management, raising invoices, and paying suppliers very helpful.
The role is predominantly a remote working / home-based position and offers a salary between £25-£30k (dependent upon experience) plus bonus plus benefits. Sound interesting?
